Despite multiple different phone calls. With multiple promises for a pick up.
Nothing happened.
Would appreciate a call back if you guys have a moment.
I have pictures and videos from this morning showing what is out at the road. And documentation to show my garbage is out before everybody elses.

- The can wasn't picked up; there was no phone response.
- Residents report sand in drains from street sweeping; the filled can was not collected.
Didn't pick up can, bills paid and up to date, and no answer on the phone. People in *** complained about street sweepers, and sand is thrown during winter, filling drains.
They'd rather pay higher tax rates to fix drains than prevent sand from filling drains. So I filled the can with sand to prevent drains from filling. Now they won't take my can. Where do I go to do common sense fighting?
Also, I have to have 100 min.

Customer service is nonexistent with this company. My bill has gone from 54 to 94 over the years I have had their service.
I was with Red Creek for the cheaper service until GFL bought them out. Stay away from GFL!

Hi, this is the 2nd time this month that the trash guy left a whole street of trash cans. I have called the office several times, and they constantly say that they are sending out a reminder, but nothing has been done. The fact that we pay for garbage to be taken and it's not is upsetting.

Verified ReviewerRidiculous policy regarding a part falling off of their truck destroying my windshield and they want me to show a video of the incident on a singe lane highway. Impossible
- Something fell from a GFL truck and smashed the windshield.
- Local office asked for a video; I told Jodi truck was opposite on single-lane highway.
I got passed by a GFL truck on a single lane highway and as he passed something flew off of the truck putting *** in my windshield. I called the head office and they were going to alert the supervisor.
I nothing.
I called back and they were going assured me a supervisor would call. She said without video proof she could do anything
I had something fall off of one of GFL trucks that smashed my windshield. I contacted the local office and they told me I would need a Video of the incident. I told Jodi that the truck was going in the opposite direction on a single lane highway.

- A hand blocked the driveway Thursday noon.
- Pickup Friday; times vary.
- There was no holiday notice and the can must be emptied before Thanksgiving.
They are trash
My hand was placed in front of my driveway on Thursday midday. My pickup is on Friday, sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon.
Today is Saturday, and it is afternoon; my can is still full and still sitting there.
I need this handled. I did not receive any kind of notice that the schedule has changed for the holidays, but that needs to be empty before Thanksgiving, and I'd rather it be empty today.

- Trash sits by the road or you carry it to the road while you wait.
Very inconsistent pickup. They may show up; they may not.
No communication as to why they missed and when they will pick up.
Your trash sits by the road, and you wait. In the meantime, your trash either sits in the house, or you walk it to the road.

My bill has doubled since GFL bought out Area. I've never had the same bill month to month.
Each one is higher than the last. Good luck calling them. You'll sooner get an answer calling the whitehouse than anything GFL. They want your money and they don't want to hear from you.
But they got ya, there's no competition out here anymore...
They bought them all up... They'll lure you in with a low enough price, but it will forever increase.
GFL trucks/driver have caused significant damage to our parking lot. After three phone calls and an email to their customer service there as been ZERO response.
- Landlord involved; claims trucks are bigger than G&O, now owned by GFL.
- GFL refuses liability and damages our property; repair is $5,000.
Our Landlord/Property owner had to get involved and they responded that their trucks are bigger than G&O (our provider that was purchased by GFL) when in fact they bought the contract over a year ago and there have been no issues to date. GFL has refused to accept liability and continues to damage our property; the repair estimated is $5,000.

- Recycling pickup started in my neighborhood.
- First visit bent a pole in my yard.
- Called twice; heard nothing; not recommended.
I've contacted them 3 times and received no reply. Guessing their managers don't care. I will never do business with them.
They pick up the recycling now for my neighborhood. First time they come out they bend a pole in my yard.
That was almost 3 weeks ago. Called twice and heard nothing.
Customer service is horrible. Do not recommend their services.
